Bonjour,
je m’appelle Bruno Antonio Menei, également connu sous le nom Vru H.
Artiste visuel de formation, j’ai étudié la peinture à l’Académie des Beaux-Arts de Rome, puis le dessin et la narration graphique à l’École Romaine de Bande Dessinée. Mon parcours m’a conduit naturellement vers le tatouage, que je pratique depuis plus de trente ans comme un art appliqué au corps, au temps et à l’histoire humaine.
Aujourd’hui, mon travail se situe à la croisée du tatouage artistique, du dessin, de la peinture et de la transmission.
Je suis président de Tatouage Belgique ASBL, membre du Council of European Tattoo Association, et formateur en tatouage et en dessin à l’IFAPME.
Mon approche repose sur l’écoute, le dialogue et la construction d’un projet juste. Chaque création naît d’un échange approfondi, d’un regard partagé, d’un sens à trouver ensemble.
Je développe un travail artistique exigeant, centré sur l’unicité, la cohérence et la maturité des formes.
Avec le temps, mon rôle a évolué : je n’accompagne plus seulement des projets, mais des parcours.

Hello,
my name is Bruno Antonio Menei, also known as Vru H.
I am a visual artist by training. I studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, then drawing and graphic storytelling at the Roman School of Comics. My path naturally led me to tattooing, which I have practiced for over thirty years as an art applied to the body, to time, and to human stories.
Today, my work stands at the crossroads of artistic tattooing, drawing, painting, and teaching.
I am the President of the Belgian National Tattoo Association, a member of the Council of European Tattoo Associations, and a tattoo and drawing instructor at IFAPME.
My approach is based on listening, dialogue, and the careful construction of a meaningful project. Each creation is born from a deep exchange, a shared vision, and a search for accuracy and coherence.
I develop an exacting artistic practice, focused on uniqueness, balance, and maturity of form.
Over time, my role has evolved: I no longer accompany only projects, but paths.
